Refund policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Quarterlease subscriptions, operated by Quarterlease LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). It applies alongside our terms of service.

Subscriptions are billed in advance

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method for each billing period until you cancel.

Free trial

If we offer a free trial, you are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription begins and billing starts automatically at the plan you selected. Trial terms shown at signup control.

Fees are generally non-refundable

Except where required by law or expressly stated in a signed agreement, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and for time during a period when the Service was not used. Add-ons, such as client import billed at a per-record rate, are non-refundable once the import has been processed.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account or by written notice. Cancellation stops future charges and applies to future billing periods only. It does not retroactively refund fees already charged, and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Billing errors and exceptional circumstances

If you believe you were charged in error, or believe a refund may be warranted due to exceptional circumstances, notify us in writing within seven (7) days of the charge at click to reveal email. We review requests case by case at our sole discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

Agreements control

If there is a conflict between this policy and a signed order form or service agreement between you and the Company, the signed agreement controls. We may retain certain records as required for legal, tax, or recordkeeping purposes even after a subscription ends.
