Quarterlease is software operated by Quarterlease LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This disclaimer applies to quarterlease.com and the Quarterlease application (the "Service").

Software-generated estimates require review

Quarterlease generates estimated-tax calculations and reports from data entered into the Service. Those outputs are planning materials, not filed tax returns, tax opinions, or instructions to take a particular tax position. They are designed to support, not replace, the user's professional judgment and review.

Estimates depend on your inputs

The Service calculates estimates from the data you enter and from assumptions about current law. Results are only as accurate as those inputs, and tax law changes. We do not guarantee that any calculation is accurate, complete, or sufficient to avoid underpayment penalties or interest. The professional using the Service is responsible for verifying every estimate and report before relying on it or delivering it to a client.

No professional relationship

Using the Service, entering data, or receiving communications from us does not create an accountant-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship between Quarterlease and you or your clients. Quarterlease does not prepare or file tax returns and does not make tax payments. Professional services for a taxpayer are provided by the firm that holds the engagement, not by Quarterlease.
